       Steps are given below :-

       1. Search BSID in any browser.

       2 login with your indos number.

       3. Click on the link apply for Sid .

      4. Check the personal details in the form and click continue.

       5. Fill the address details and click to the continue.

        6.  Fill the other details and click continue.

       7. Make payment through  e - payment portal.

       8. Submit the application.

       9. Click on " schedule appointment " ( you can only schedule   appointment 3 times, more then 3 time then you will pay agian.

      10. Select the collection center along with the date and time from the slots available.

        

Renew DCE Certificate

   1. Open dg shipping website

   2. Login with your indos number.

   3. Click on DC ENDORSEMENT, GMDSS RADIO OPERATOR.

   4. Click on Dce application basic level 1

   5. Enter your personal details, address, modular course detail,

       Fees payment, Attache documents.

   6 take print payment receipt.

   7. Upload documents, I mention in videos.

   8, check your uploaded documents

   After some days you will be get your Dce certificate, by post 

    Or by hand, whatever you selected.

1. open DG SHIPPING  (dg shipping.gov.in) website in any browser.
2. Login with your indos number.
3.click on update seafarer profile.
4. Directly click on Document, then click on UPLOAD DOCUMENT.
5. Below given upload photo & signature, browse,  Self attested scanned copy of Passport (first, last two pages) in pdf. 

if you make mistake you can reupload your document,and you will be get DCE certificatein master checher  within  2 days only.
